Full Moon painting – Process Timelapse
Painting in oils and coldwax. Mixed with drawing and mark making in charcoal and pencil. Full moon was on my mind at the time of making this painting and I was very much affected by a recent full moon at the time of when this came work about.
My current new series is all about pushing abstraction more than I have ever done before. Responding to my surrounding landscape and being so passionate about nature, forests and the open landscape. Two new paintings which I think are almost finished. A few mediums I used were oils on canvas, matt spectra gel, pieces from the forest floor and sand from Brittas Bay beach not too far from where I live.
