Gorilla Face

This is from a walk up Djouce mountain I took recently, the one up behind the woods I venture out to most days. At the summit stood this giant jutting ‘gorilla-face-like’ piece of boulder. It’s only when the image and atmosphere I have in my memory from a space out in the open landscape comes into site and theContinue reading “Working Small”

Teeth

Something for my painting. I am drawn to parts on the landscape that give a sense of fragility. In time unfortunately these remaining trees will be chopped down like the rest.
